The United Way of Greater Cleveland 211 SIte Visit on April 8 from 1:00 - 2:30pm will visit the location that serves as the gateway for gambling treatment and support services through the Ohio Problem Gambling Helpline.

PLEASE NOTE: This site visit will be offered in-person as well as virtually. Virtual attendees can attend the presentation, but will miss out on a live tour of the facility during the last 15 minutes of the session.

This visit includes an overview of the internal software used to collect and share resources, training provided to navigators taking calls from the community, monthly call data collection, and information on utilization of the Warm Transfer & Ohio Gambling Telehealth Network referral process. The visit will also include Q&A with a trained navigator, a demo helpline call, a walkthrough of the public facing resource website gamblinghelpohio.org, and will wrap up with a tour of the physical location.
