Problem Gambling Service Consultation

Helping agencies integrate gambling disorder throughout their services

To further enhance workforce development throughout the continuum of care, the Problem Gambling Service Consultation Program will aid four agencies in the integration of gambling disorder throughout their services, communications, and culture. PGNO will work directly with up to six agency staff members and leadership on funding allocation focus, process improvement, and system change.

The goals of the Consultation Program are to assist problem gambling service-provider agencies in the delivery of comprehensive services throughout the continuum of care. This includes intake and assessment procedures, referral to treatment, clinical and prevention services, human resources, marketing and communications, and internal policy. The Consultation Program is comprised of objective and goal setting, training, consultation, and outcome evaluations.
