Resources  for Individuals

Help for problem gambling is available, you do not have to go through this journey alone

If you're struggling with a gambling problem, you are not alone. With the right support and resources, you can reclaim your life. Recovery is a journey and there is no one-size-fits all approach. Therapy or counseling, a 12-step recovery program, inpatient treatment, self-help tools and other resources can all be effective strategies in your recovery. It may take time to find what works best for you, but it is possible to overcome a gambling disorder and build a fulfilling life.

If you or a loved one are having thoughts of suicide or harming others, please immediately call 911. For mental health distress or thoughts of self-harm dial the 988 Lifeline.
