Introduced Ohio Legislation

  • Change charitable bingo fees and licensing requirements

  • Legalize and regulate sports gaming/tax sports gaming businesses

  • Reduce amount certain entities must donate for instant bingo

  • Permit use of electronic instant bingo devices

  • Regulate and levy tax on sports wagering

Introduced Federal Legislation

  • National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020. As amended 7/26/2019, explicitly requires an update to all regulations, instructions, and other guidance of the Department of Defense and the military departments with respect to behavioral health to explicitly include gambling disorder.

  • To require policies and programs to prevent and treat gambling disorder among members of the Armed Forces and their dependents, and for other purposes.

  • The Catawba Indian Nation (formerly the Catawba Indian Tribe of South Carolina) is authorized to own and operate a gaming facility on the land described in section 2 of this Act, in Cleveland County, North Carolina.

  • A bill to regulate certain pay-to-win microtransactions and sales of loot boxes in interactive digital entertainment products, and for other purposes.

  • A bill to require policies and programs to prevent and treat gambling disorder among members of the Armed Forces and their dependents, and for other purposes.
